Thank you for visiting and shopping at Caramell Coffee. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout, but please note that all transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Damages and Issues
As our product is a perishable food item, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue, please email us at ecommerce@cafecaramellocompany.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Caramell Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once an item is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ecommerce@cafecaramellocompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, as detailed in our Refund Policy. If you have an issue with a damaged item, please follow the "Damages and Issues" steps listed above.
